Bullet-Proof Alkaline Diet That Cures Cancer Without Chemotherapy
Knowing about the pH balance is not only important for the cancer patients only, but for every human being in general. Every human needs to maintain an alkaline environment in order to stay healthy.
According to Raw Food Health “The human body goes to great lengths to maintain a slightly alkaline PH of 7.35, but poor diet and stress can change the PH to an acidic one in which disease can thrive.”
Sadly, thanks to the widely spread habit of eating unhealthy food, maintaining alkaline diet is not so easy. People are used to eat packages snacks, processed foods, fast foods and microwave meals, all of them extremely unhealthy in the case of cancer.
That’s why it is very important for cancer patients to eat alkaline foods in order to speed up the healing process.
The following dietary changes are the most important:
Unhealthy food causes pH imbalance and creating an acidic environment which is perfect for creating cancer cells. On the other hand, alkaline diet will restore the balance and fight inflammation.
It primarily includes organic leafy green vegetables, broccoli, root vegetables, herbs and spices, beans, lentils and peas, cauliflower and cabbages, garlic, onions, leek and chives, nuts and seeds, along with a small amount of non-gluten grains like rice.
It also includes 2-4 ounces of grass-fed meat, clean fish, or organic poultry a few times a week and as much fresh fruits and vegetables as you can.
Gluten leads to inflammation, so avoid glutinous grains. Eliminate high-gluten grains like whole grains, rye, wheat, as well as cereals, pasta, cakes, bread, muffins, crackers, cookies and other baked goods.
Instead, consume non-gluten grains like rice, quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth and millet. Moreover, you should avoid “gluten free” prepared products, as they contain added sugar or processed oils.
Cancer cells use more glucose per unit of time than other cells. That’s why it is important to avoid sugar by any means. Plus, sugar drains the body’s magnesium and contributes to cancer. You should also avoid “natural” sugars such as agave and honey. Instead, eat a few figs, of dried apricots, unsweetened applesauce, or fresh pineapple.
According to a study conducted by Prof. (Emeritus) T. Colin Campbell, Ph.D., Cornell University Cow, dairy is one of the most cancer promoting foods, which this is due to the casein protein.
If you suffer from cancer, avoid dairy products because they may lead to bone deterioration, due to the high acid production, inflammation, and promote cancer proliferation.
