This Coconut Avocado Smoothie Makes You Look 10 Years Younger

Ingredients

3 tbsp. raw hazelnuts
1 tsp. raw cacao powder

2 tbsp. water

1 tsp. coconut oil

½ avocado

½ cup coconut milk

1 tbsp. Greek yoghurt

1 tsp. macadamia nut butter

½ cup crushed ice

1/2 frozen banana (optional)

You might top it with a sprinkle of cinnamon and chopped mixed nuts such as pecans and hazelnuts.
