Coffee that Damages Kidney and Liver
Taken more often than you should, caffeine is considered as very dangerous for your body and affects you in many possible ways. It leads to being nervous, anxious, depressed, sleeping problems, constipation, heart problems and respiratory issues. Caffeine free drink is a better option that the regular one- this is what people often think. But this is not true at all. Making the coffee caffeine free contributes to overload of toxic chemicals that cause disruption of everyday function of body organs.
The known toxic chemicals involved in the process of decaffeination are ethyl acetate or methyline chloride. Both chemicals are used in different industries, namely for production of paint removers, pharmacological drugs, metal cleansing and degreasing etc.
Once these chemicals enter the human body they create a great havoc in it. All the body organs are affected with no exception. The nervous system is under attack so if taken in high doses it might lead to hallucination, depression, mild or severe headache, dizziness, vomiting, nausea etc.
When the chemical enters the body it changes into carbon monoxyde which makes the transport of oxygen difficult and triggers severe respiratory issues that in some cases might lead to suffocation if the person has some additional health problems.
Ethyl acetate ( it is used in nail polish removal) is highly flammable, as well as toxic when ingestion or inhaled, and this chemical can be seriously damaging to internal organs in the case of repeated or prolonged exposure. Ethyl acetate can also cause irritation when it comes into contact with the eyes or skin.
Initial adverse health effects due to constant expose to the chemical include a reduced level of consciousness (CNS depression), confusion, headache, dizziness, and the inability to coordinate muscle movement (ataxia).
Another difficulties that might occur are cough, headache, fatigue and drowsiness even after you consumed the cup of coffee which was supposed to wake you up and refresh you a bit.
Many studies show that if taken orally these chemicals lead to gastrointestinal disorders that further deteriorate the fragile condition of the body.
Kidney failure and liver damage are among the first symptoms of a body that malfunctions. And when these organs don’t work properly, then additional health problems appear.
If you are a fan of caffeine free coffee than make sure you use the organic brand which is derived by soaking the coffee beans in hot water.
The best way to release the toxins from the body is through the process of detoxification. Drink plenty of water, consume fresh and organic food and beverages and avoid consumption of highly-refined food and artificial products for everyday use.
