- 8 Cups of water
- Juice from 6 lemons
- Several ice cubes
- ½ honey

Heat the water, but be careful it should not be boiled or hot. Not more than 60 degrees. Add all the ingredients and allow the mixture to stand in the refrigerator for several hours.
Strain after and the drink is ready. Each cup should be consumed with one ice cube, because the body consumes additional energy to warm the cold food or drinks.
Before breakfast, drink one glass of this lemonade. The breakfast should be fruit salad.
At 11am drink the second glass of lemonade in combination with some roasted almonds as snack.
