Many people, especially the entire soy industry, would love for you to believe that tofu is a healthy alternative to meat and eggs. The truth is that commercially produced tofu has it’s own set of health risks as well.
In reality, you are way better off eating grass fed, responsibly raised meats and organic eggs than you are eating commercially produced tofu. So what could be wrong with tofu? The manufacturing process.
